After a missed run Wednesday turned into some slacking yesterday, I was determined to get out there this morning. 5 miles on the East Side instead of West Side to mix it up. Not THE BEST RUN OF MY LIFE, not a bad one, just got the miles in.


Good job getting back out there and breaking it up with a run!
