This run was AMAZING. I woke up and putzed around for too long, but still was determined to get my run in, since:
1. I have a meeting after work tonight.
2. I am so sick of all my own damn excuses.

On my plan from Gia A. was 5 miles at half-marathon goal pace (8:42), but I ended up putzing around too long for 5 but decided that 4 was far better than nothing. Picking up the pace was way more fun than just running at a comfortable pace. I even managed to stop at Whole Foods on my way back!!

Endorphins, please stay this high all day.
