    A one mile run at 7.00 pace and then 4x 400m repeat sprints. After my longer run yesterday wanted to get some kind of speed in, but my legs were a little bit sore, so eh.

    I don't think I've ever felt better after a run! Me and my partner started off at a easy pace and were able to pick it up until we were in full stride at the end.
