    It was hot hot hot! so didn't run very far but this was more of a recovery run since this is the 4th consecutive day.

      Good going! And thanks for the advice on the stomach upset! I might try your suggestion about avoiding dairy! *grimace* I'm still not quite right today, so I'd better make sure I get a bit better tomorrow.
