Oh NO! How is the ankle... Shouldn't you be tapering missy! Be sure to get plenty of fluids and rest this week!

Ankle is fine...just been icing it. I won't be to much this week. Maybe a walk here and there and sit-up and push up. Can't wait until next Sunday is over with. Then back to normal 3 mile runs. :)
