    Did a slow job on the treadmill today. Couldn't make it to the trail. Better to do 4 on the TM than nothing.

    The weather here today is BEAUTIFUL!!! Sunny and 72F as I write this. Lovin it! Foot is feeling better (recovering from PF). Trying to get back into a routine. Harder than I thought it would be.

      AGREED! Saturday's run here in KCMO was 19!!!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! THAT is the coldest I've ever run in & now I know why!! It felt good to finish. :-)

    It rained last night so the trail was muddy and covered in spots with big puddles. I ran right through the MIDDLE of every one of them... and LOVED IT!!!!!!
