In one word: brutal. In more words: I didn't realize it was THAT cold and windy this evening. It was frigid, and the wind whipped right through me. I was wearing my warmest tech-shirt, but it wasn't enough without a windbreaker layer. Time to thaw out with some serious hot chocolate.
I felt the same way when I went outside. The sun today here was deceptive in making you think that it was warmer, but a cold day of running is better than a day without running.
