If there was a "how did you feel" category better than "great" I would have checked it today. Perhaps "euphoric"? I couldn't have felt better.

I went out with no expectations or plans, just to fit in a 50 minute run befo... read more

Agree - what a great day to run! Today reminded me of why I love running.

I was fatigued today, and my body really didn't want to run. But it was too nice out to skip the run, so I went for an easy short run.

Way to get out there even when you didn't feel like it!

Was shooting for a 7:15 or better pace and hit it. Out in 16:16:42, back in 15:56. I worked really hard, but it felt really good!

    Scored a goal in a 3-0 win.

  5. good 6 mi

Took my son Jonathan on a bike ride. Just a leisurely father-and-son ride.

  6. blahDeep Cut Road 6.34 mi / 00:55 08:42 pace

I've got something going on with my stomach, so although at times I felt like I could hold this pace forever, mostly I felt blah.

  7. greatDisc Golf 01:00

I played hooky this morning from work (and will work all afternoon/evening to make up for it) and went to the Disc Golf course at Dillon State Park with the family. It was gorgeous out - I could tell it had been a LONG time since I'd played - I was th... read more

  8. greatSouth Bank Road 4.56 mi / 00:34 07:21 pace

I decided to change things up; I'd run a couple of longer runs, so today I opted for intensity instead. My goal was a 7:30 pace, and I finished in 7:21.

What a difference the playlist makes; I've been listening to the Bible on my long runs - great fo... read more

This was a great run. It was fantastic to get back on the trail - off the pavement - for a change. There was still some snow on the trail; for about 1/2 mile the trail was pretty treacherous in places. It was all very soft ground, and I got plenty o... read more

Where is this trail at exactly? Is it a dirt trail? I'm looking for some trails to run on around here..

The trail is mostly grass, very flat, between Buckeye Lake and Hebron. It's not a very long trail - actually only about 2 1/2 miles long, but it's a nice place to run.

  10. greatSouth Bank/Lake/Bickel Church... 8.33 mi / 01:09 08:17 pace

It was a fantastic day for a run. Sunny, around 50*, a little breeze (but not much).

I just have one question: if I'm already wearing a singlet and shorts and it's only 50*, what am I going to be in when it's 90* out?
