    Gears.... Who needs gears? A great ride which was only slightly spoiled by the rear deraileur cable snapping 26 miles from home. Had work in top gear.

    Is that yellow thing in the sky the sun? I was supposed to be doing 84 miles in the New Forest but it got called off. A solo effort on the Stokes Bay Blast mans route instead. Soz cycling buddy.
