Tough, tough, tough. As if I wasn't scarred enough by running this route the first time, I had to go back for more, this time as a training run. Thank goodness I have a friend ( Aron ) who is equally as insane or I might be crying alone somewhere in the Mud on Mt Tam. We lucked out with no rain, but we made up for it in mud and standing water. And we got to cross a DEEP stream -er river? Felt decent most of the time, but my feet are definitely ready for some rest. :)
