    Today I ran around the town I grew up. I made it a scenic route to check out all the places I used to hang out during X-C. It's good to be home.

      It was nice. They just recently replaced the surface on the track so that made me sad. But it's a nice town with good memories.

    2mile run 2 mile walk 4 mi 00:50 12:30 pace

    My indented 4 mile run turned into a 2 mile run with a 2 mile walk. 92 degrees but feels like 99. I felt good and then felt great and then quickly felt like shit. You have to love the summer!
