      Was wondering how your running was going but glad you are painfree. Downhills are the worst in my opinion.

    can't wait to get back out there... the biking and weights just aren't cutting it

      I feel your pain, M. My calf completely seized and gave out on me yesterday, and I'm still recovering. I hope you are back at it soon!
