I'm training my friend - he has never really run before! This was his first real run. I did 2 mi of intervals with him and 1 mile on my own. Definitely a relaxed run!

great Blue Ridge Burn Trail Race 3.1 mi
First trail race ever (excluding high school XC), first run in awhile, and first race since March! Felt amazing - no shin splints. I'm thinking this trail running may be here to stay =)
