I seriously do not understand why so many people in the south find weather like this prohibitive for running. (15 degrees F, wind chill +8 degrees F). The only hard part is first leaving the house, but once you start running, it is really delightful weather to be out in. That's a good thing too, as mornings are supposed to be in the teens here all week. Hotlanta, it's not.

    Nice frozen tundra run! I kind of like running in cold weather; like you said, once you're out, it's fine, but a sub-zero temp does a number on my poor skin (even though it's covered).

    it’s roughly that here now (minus eight), but our overnight minimum was minus 25! that’s too cold for me to be trying anything but short walks!
