Actually did 3.16 in 30:27 but had to hit the stop button a few times before the watch actually stopped. I've always known that my body actually likes running every day better than taking days off. The more days in a row I run, the more the subtle pains of growing older seem to fade into the background. I'm not as fast as I was 30 years ago, but I can run a lot further, and appreciate it much more. It's all good.
