Very nice shakeout run after yesterday's 10-miler. All my parts were functioning as designed. One more mile needed for the ever elusive 100-mile month. It's not getting away this time. Now it's time to taper for the coast to coast St. Pete and Pasadena half marathons on Feb 12 and 19.
