    Today was terrible. I only walked 2 miles and I didn't give it much effort. My ankle was hurting a little but I think I stayed out too late last night. Gotta make up for it tomorrow.

      Celebrate the fact that you got out there and did something! You could have just stayed in the house. Way to go with the exercise!

      Maybe trying something non-impact like swimming or the stationary bike? Don't want you to further injure yourself.

      Thanks Connie, my ankle is really getting on my nerves. I think I'm gonna try going to an orthopedic doctor.

    It was hot outside and my ankle brace was making my ankle hurt worse. I have to get used to that thing. But I finished my 3 miles even though I wanted nothing more than to eat a chicken bisquit.

    Today was OK. It was hot and humid so I didn't put forth much effort. I made it the whole 3 miles, but then I ate breakfast at Chick Fil A. So I have to work extra hard tomorrow.

    It went great! My foot and ankle were hurting but I completed my workout! And after 2 months of pain, I finally made a doctors appt. for my foot.

      Wow. 8 months? I really hope my ankle isn't broken, but that's what i was thinking is wrong with it. How in the world am I gonna work out every day with a broken ankle? Oh well, tomorrow, I find out my diagnosis.
