Motivation and then back problems have kept me from getting on the 2012 No Excuses bandwagon, but my range of motion without soreness in my back is pretty good today. Decided to try and train Zoey to run with me. She made it 1.5 miles and then really wasn't interested in continuing on. Let her walk for a minute and then tried to get her to go again, but in the end decided a 3/4 mile walk was best for both of us.
