    Did the 40 minute high-intensity hill program on my treadmill. I like the intervals - it makes the time go quicker when you're concentrating on 1 to 2 minute intervals.

    Yes - I used my Garmin to track how much snow I moved an 18" strip 1.53 miles long 4-5" deep. And all with a shovel because the snow blower must be "fussed with" to make run.
