    The longest I've ever rode my bike was 15 miles so to do 25 was awesome. And actually I did 30 miles because we missed one turn and had to get back on track :)

    Felt better today. My abs were sore from the workout I did last night but I got use to it after a few minutes. I'm still working on a steady pace but I'm happy so far.

    I really struggled to get to 40 minutes but I felt good knowing I pushed on. Still not looking at miles but hopefully I clocked a nice amount. Breathing is getting better though. SWEATY!!!

    Did the whole 21 miles, but felt I couldn't do it. Proved myself wrong. It was my first breast cancer walk :)

    It amazes me how much easier it is to ride than run. I hope the weather stays this way, I want to ride all week. Fingers crossed
