It was quite a long week, so I decided to sleep in this morning and run when I got the chance. After straightening up the house and running a few errands it was nap time. So I decided to wait until my daughter started quieting down and run while watching the ND/OK game. Go Irish! As for the run, I felt great!!! I just went with it, and cranked it up for the last 3/4 of the run.
