Recovery (somewhat - a little fast) run with 10 x 100m strides at 5K pace. I was supposed to do 8 strides. I felt good though, so I added the last 2. Now to get through this workday and make it to the weekend. Happy Friday!

I think we should have a Buffalo Creek reunion some weekend in the future. It does seem weird to be so connected and then for it all to stop.
