Solid, solid run. First 2 miles were slow (over 8:00), but from there out I ran well. It's been a while since I've done one of these 15 mile midweek runs, and surprisingly it wasn't too bad. I guess the time away from them made me forget what it's like to get up at 4:30.

    Ugggg. 4:30 sounds SO much worse than 5:00 for some reason. 5 is the time I get up if I run before work. Awesome run!

    Totally agree. I'll do anything I can to avoid a 4:xx alarm, but for 15 miles I have no other choice.

    It's pretty nice (my Christmas present last year), and I've got a nice setup in the basement. I put the TV sound through the TM speakers, and you can barely hear either on the main floor and not at all in the bedrooms.
