    Thanks, everyone. Mike, it's hard to describe as it's taken a long time of just learning to listen to my body. But the best way to describe it is that there's a latent heaviness deep in my legs that I can feel. It's not there for most runs and may not show up at all unless I really push myself. Tomorrow's run will go a long way to show me where I am. Saturday also was a big test with the number of miles I did. Based on that, I know I'm very close.
