I debated doing this run last night, but I figured it wasn't right and decided to be conservative. That left me feeling well rested this morning, so I was more liberal with the speed. It's been 10 days since the marathon, and if I had to critique my performance, I'd say that I'm moderately pleased with how it went but absolutely ready for this period to be over. I want things to get back to normal and for my right and left legs to stop yelling at me once and for all.
