Track and share your training!

Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for all the support and encouragement you've given me over the course of this training cycle. Unfortunately, I won't be able to run Wineglass. My wife has been hospitalized since Tuesday night with a very bad infection that was found when she went in for kidney stones. Family comes first, and there will be more races. I'm not sure what I'll run or when, but I'll figure that out once we get through this. Right now I just need to do all I can for her and take care of our daughter.

Life is so unpredictable - so sorry to hear this news - you are a champion in our eyes - this is another teachable moment you're coaching for all of us that there are more important things in life than running a race. Take care of everyone

You guys are awesome! Your words mean a great deal to me. I'm just so happy that Tracey improved enough to be released this afternoon. She still has a little more to go, but at least she's home. We're all so happy for that.
