    Great Treadmill Half Mary Mark!! (Close enough..lol..) Awesome pace! I can identify with having to hurry at get ready for work. It's hard to do those long runs on workdays!! Wonderful job!! :))

    Thanks, everyone. I start thinking about these runs the night before, but I'm always happy when I get them done. Not that running 13 miles is really that hard, but doing it before work does present unique challenges. I think it's just a mental thing with me. If it's under 10, then I have no problem with it. Beyond that it's a different story.
