  3. Joined Planet Fitness on Monday. Tried Wk 1, Day 2 of C25K on a treadmill. Much prefer running outdoors but having that treadmill backup in case of crappy weather is a good thing.

      ALWAYS have a back up plan! ....it's harder to make excuses....lol. $10 a month, you just can't go wrong.

  8. Wow... ok, looks like I'm having a lot of difficulty getting back into this. Moving to Maine in a few weeks, so its hard to motivate myself to get started. I MUST get started tomorrow....

  9. Calf feeling good now.. Going to take it slow coming back. Next week is walking on a treadmill.. Week after that, if calf still feels fine, week one of the c25k...

  10. Well, calf muscles are still hurting. I'm thinking it is going to take at least 2 weeks. At least I hope it isn't longer.

      Thanks. Hard to keep it propped up at work, but managed to do it. Icing it and popping advil every 4hrs or so.
