13 mile progression. Warm up 6, then 3 @ MP (7:10ish), 3 at half marathon pace (6:30ish), & 1 at 10K pace (6:10ish). Actual was closer to 3@7:03, 3@6:37, 1@6:19. Things were getting a little rough towards the end, but I am SO glad that I finished it out. In other news: I wish that I could take a nap.

    Nice job. Remind me to ask you about the Garmin 910X. I'm pretty sure you would have hit your intended splits if it weren't for your outdated faulty technology.
