Pushing back my run schedule this week. In spite of a slight cough this weekend, today's run went well. Ran 7:30s for the first 4 and 7:15s for the last 3. I need to do some speed work ASAP. My legs are getting restless.

    Ummm, I was actually JUST trying to figure out how I'd find a cardiologist. Going to call my sports med doc and find out.
