They have these underwear at JC Penny's that are supposed to make your "assets" look tighter... I think they may do more.... but seems like that might work!

alright Stroller 6 6 mi 00:47 07:45 pace
6 miles with the jogging stroller to make up some miles lost earlier in the week. WOW, this was tough, pace was 7:45 but this felt like 7:15.

It could be receiver problem too, that is unless you really felt it too. I wouldn't trust the Garmin data 100%.

snot runs are awesome...hopefully you clean out quicker than I...finally i am cured after 2wks. Ran 3 races with a snotty snotty sleeve but like Michael M. said, running is the best temporary cure for it.
