    Put more hay in the barn. I have settled on the Las Vegas Marathon December 4th. Not sure of the time I am going to shoot for yet but would like sub 2:50. That's a 6:29/mile pace.

    Ran leg 3 of the Colfax Marathon Relay. 6:30/mile. Kiiiiiiiiinda out of shape right now...LOL!

    Did 6 miles then 1/2 mile barefoot around Cuernavaca park then added another 1/2 to get to 7. Need to build up the calf/foot strength. Went slow during this.
