    Angry run. Had some extra motivation today. 1.5 mile warm up, stretching, 4 x 20 sec strides then 8 x 400 @ 76, 80 (80?!?!), 75, 73, 72, 70, 69, and 71. Avg of 73.25. VERY HUMID! 54% ugh!!!

    Holy hell was that brutal. Well, I guess it wasn't brutal till the last 3 miles. First 7 were easy, then I crashed/bonked/overheated. Ugh. Total sufferfest. Felt good to finish :-)

    2 miles up/down then: 1 mile with my boss @ 5:32, then 4 x 400 @ 75, 77, 74, 73 (90 sec float after each one). 90 degree out.
