      It's crazy how stress and illness effect your heart rate. That's usually how I find out I have a cold coming on too.

      Thanks y'all! Fred, my feet actually don't get hot at all. I rotate between four different spots on the treadmill . . . one spot for a minute then shift. This gives the belt plenty of time to cool down. Visit http://goo.gl/DIJrA for a good article on BF treadmill running.

      I just missed the bad weather in Utah; I left SLC on Tuesday but it was cold the entire time I was there; not to make you mad, but it's 50F in Denver :). I was regulated to the treadmill while in SLC also :(
