  2. walk
    alright Work Block 0.42 mi

New goal: walk a little every day and then when I can, walk more, and then do other stuff. Slow and steady. For some reason this walk really hurt my legs and I wonder if it's from the cold. I hope ... read more

good Ride home 4.47 mi 00:28 9.4mph pace

Woot! I was happy to see you there. You will be jogging longer and longer distances, and before you know it, you'll run the whole thing!

  16. Sadly, the knee decided it was unhappy again and I haven't been able to do much. PT is going so slow and I probably have to go back to the orthopedic doctor, which I don't really want to do.

You're young! Do whatever you need to do to take care of this NOW. The older you get, the longer healing takes.

Something is always better than nothing so look at it as a gain! Good job. Dang garage sales anyway.
