    Feet are sore today for some reason, have a hot spot on the right foot and starting to get one on the left. Probably take tomorrow off and just do some exercises.

    Started with the 100-ups, felt great throughout the run. Same as last time, 1st 1 1/2 miles Barefoot, then threw on the Luna's for the rest. Overall, I felt great and had a decent time.

    Feet feeling better, did my 100-ups then ran first 1 1/2 mi barefoot, put on my Luna's for the rest and finished in 23:46. Nice Easy run, although it is starting to get HOT already.

    Felt Good today, great weather and my calves were not as sore as they have been. Went a lot faster then normal. Did the first mile barefoot in 7:10, then put on the Luna sandals for the rest.
