Not really injured, just fell flat on my face! I am still re-training to lift my knees. I shuffled like a penguin for so long, I forgot what it was like to actually run. Recovery has been going great. I started running 10 days post partum, so this is not my first run. I've also lost most of the weight so it has been much easier to get back there. I just had a little time to get a short run. It is supposed to pour all day and to be honest, I was hoping it would while I was out there. How fun would that have been?!
