      I think this is a great workout! That is a big jump in temps to adjust to. But I agree, let's just get on with it and get acclimated to it. Your repeats look strong and consistent--which is what you are looking for. Glad you are addressing the Oreo look early in the season...

      @Marcie, ha...;). It was rough out there simply because I suck at hills and the entire route is hilly.
      @Karla - when it is only 30 seconds, I can hang, lol. I do feel stronger hitting the same hill and I covered more ground this time. So that is a plus.

      I hear the weather is making quite a change there today... Sounds like a great workout Nina. I spent a lot of time in this last cycle practicing running comfortably or relaxing when I was running hard. It definitely made a difference for me when I ran Boston. Well worth your time to practice.
