      I'm planning another weekend in Taichung, and I'd love to know where the good places to run in the city are. I always end up following the train track which isn't so interesting. If my trip works out, I'll be in touch for some ideas!
      Tarik - that's great news that you found somewhere nice to run. Beware the snakes! I saw one once whilst out hiking, on a remote, overgrown trail. Stick to the slightly more populated areas!

      Thanks Gurmeet...Intervals are like bullets, a gun without bullets can't fire but still you can pull the trigger SO without intervals you can't fire your pace in race when you would need it, but you can still run but what about the performance? ;-)

      your goal of running halfmarathon in 1hr 10 is easy this summer ,fisrt get on the speedwork and hilly roads finish with fartlecks of 2min high speed ,one min moderate speed .its Automatic you will run under this time 1;05min
