      this one is not an elliptical.. it's different.. a lot different. It's weird. ZERO impact like it bounces you back up at the moment of impact.

      I know, that's the toughest part, especially here since it's so cold. But guaranteed you won't regret it and you'll feel great afterward.

    Every mile I sped up by .1 on the treadmill till the last mile then sped up every .25 mile till the last .45 then sped up every .10 mile. Ended at a 5 mm pace for the last .12.

    good. Ended with no sprint today. Got five in my eyes for tomorrow maybe a sprint then. Hr at the end was 160. I had enough for a sprint.

    fast. That's the fastest I've gone in a while. I knew I had it but I had to find if. That's a good run 8:32 pace then last .45 faster and leading up to a sprint at the end.

      Then good on ya! For me anyway, it's those runs that I just don't feel like runnin' that I absolutely HAVE to run, or I start down the death spiral that leads to not running at all. It starts with "I just don't feel like it" and ends with "... but my shoes are all the way over on the other side of the room. I'll run tomorrow ... maybe they'll be closer by then." Of course your mileage may vary.
