enjoyed the weather. Kind of burned out .Just trying to get motivated again. not interested in races but it is hard to be consistant without being on a plan but plans take away the freedom to run when and how far I want to. I ran a half and full marathon and ultra last year and a ultra this year. Does anyone else get burnt out besides me?
I know the feeling well :) I think it's pretty normal. Keep at it and I am sure it will come sneaking back!

I have the same feelings! I like to have races on the calendar to keep me motivated, but then spent 12 miles cursing two weekends ago because I "had" to run long to be ready for the race. This too shall pass.

Yes!! Totally understand! Sometimes I'll take a little break whenever I get that way (like a week off) and then change my routine a little- whether it be route, type of run, time of day,etc. Actually during the summer months I usually take myself completely off of training "schedules" and just run by desire... Which usually still ends up being a few days of the week. Training is good but "scheduled running" can definitely wear on you and take the fun out of it! It does inevitably get better though! :)
