i bought a running hat and it made a world of difference. 95 degrees so I started out a lot slower then usual.When I was nearing 4 miles it was getting harder to keep my breathing where I wanted so thats when I stopped. 8:35,8:29,8:35,8:33

    It was a Nike.I don't remember what kind.I tore the tag off in the store and wore it out.LoL I paid for it first!!

    95? Some races have been cancelled for temps like that! Glad you knew when to come in from the heat, Terry! Regarding the hat, here's an added bonus: during one scorcher marathon, they were handling out ice chips and I dumped them into my hat and wore it until they melted. Ahhh, sweet relief!
