    Legs were still a little sore from Saturday's run and Sunday's bike, so I decided to run a little easier than normal, however looking at my time, I was a faster than I thought I was going.

      Don't ya love it when ya run at a easy pace...and you realize that your easy pace is now faster than most peoples fast pace. I'm not there but it looks like you are!

      Jamey, yes I was really surprised, especially on the way out, I kept at about a 7:30-7:40 pace most of the time. I guess the little wind at my back coming back in really helped.:)

    Good ride today. I didn't want to push it too much, since I was still a little sore from the Coyote Hills 1/2 Marathon. Kept a pretty consistent pace on the flat course.
