    Program called for an easy run, so kept this one pretty easy. Felt really good especially after a 60 min. trainer ride. I need to make a habit of running off the bike a little more.

    Not much time today, so I just warmed up with 200 (100sw, 100pull) then 500 at RPE 6. no cool down, had to get back to the office.
