Great way to start the week Terri - just curious, do you actually count the paces?

How many is a set? Way to zap the zero for the week.

Yes Eric, I do actually count out my footsteps. I try to keep it to myself though if anyone else is down there :D

AJ, I start with 150 paces at regular pace, then 30 sec faster, 60 sec, 90 sec, 2 min and sprint, going back to my regular pace in between each.

Why paces versus an amount of time like a minute?

Christine, that's just the way I was taught to do it. I actually don't mind counting; gives me something to focus on other than just waiting for it to be over with :)

I count my breaths when I go hard. I can tell when I'm starting to get tired or work hard because I go from daydreaming to counting. I start over when I get the quarter mile split.
