Hilly run. I left early enough (9am) that I saw a few of the running groups out which was nice. I ran with a group for a short time and discovered I can easily run faster with a group but slow down when I'm by myself. hmmmmmmm......

    Maybe it's that competitive spirit making you any to run faster than everyone in the group! I run faster in a crowd because of adrenaline. Otherwise, Shady and I hold a consistent 6:10-6:40 min/ km depending on mood.
