I'm way more sore and tired after this week's 24K run compared to last week's, but I'm still giving it a smiley face because once again I finished faster than 7:00 per KM.
The first part of my run was all relatively flat, and then I headed into the river valley. I was reminded how painful it can be running downhill during a long run. D'oh!! Oh well, I survived :)
