    Instead of speedwork today, we decided to run an 8 miler, but underestimated the length of the route. I had a really good run. I remained steady, relaxed and easy the entire distance.

    Hilly, yet pleasant run with Nadia and Dale. My legs felt great. My feet still bother me, but this was a challenge running and I did. My first time running up Sugarloaf with out stopping.

    My first time doing speedwork in forever. We did a 1.5 mile warm and then 5 x 1/2 mile at 8:50 pace with a slow 1/2 mile jog in between.
