    My first time doing speedwork in forever. We did a 1.5 mile warm and then 5 x 1/2 mile at 8:50 pace with a slow 1/2 mile jog in between.

    My feet are bothering me now. I need to soak them constantly. I purchased new shoes yesterday and I was overdue. Once the new shoes break in I hope my foot pain decreases.
