      Beautiful mileage. Isn't it great when a perfect stranger finds it in their heart to give you encouragement that you probably didn't realize you needed? Once while out running with my daughter we encountered a running man who yelled "keep it up" with a kind smile on his face every time he passed us going the opposite direction. It really made a difference in our run for the day.

    Went for a hydro bed massage and massage chair workout after my run. Then hit it on some good core workouts......planks, pushup, pullups, dips, ab workout - extended crunches, quad workout.
