3 sets squats; 3 sets reverse lunges with weight; 3 sets of 60 sec plank, 3 sets of "spiderman" plank step ups; 3 sets of walking on hands down/up into plank; 3 sets of chest presses on balance ball; 3 sets of standing row -- there were a few more, but forgot them :-)
