  2. Been pretty sick for the past 3 weeks. I've done some moderate strength training and pilates, but almost no cardio. So, I feel a little bit like I'm starting over, but I'm back!

    Morning ride with my BF - temps were cool but very strong headwinds made it tougher than usual. Still, my first time on a bike outside in a few weeks and I am always happy on my bike!

    As usual love my Pilates class! Today was especially good as we did a number of spine and hamstring stretches... I have DOMS from my workout on Thursday and Pilates chased that soreness away!

    End of day 2. The sign says 40 miles - but we actually walked almost 45 miles the first two days. I am 2nd from the left... notice the sneakers are OFF!!! Argghh... my aching feet!
