    Ran with my friend Jo. We power walked the last mile. Didn't stop the watch for breaks - running pace was 9:10-9:40

    Trail running buddies - this was mid-way through the run. We took a short break and then our new trail runners headed home while the rest of us finished the course. Fun!!!

    Great run with Jennifer Singh - I wanted to go easy and so did she, so we were running 9:45-9:50, but then we got caught in the storm and picked up the pace for the last mile and a half.

    Hot, hot and hot. This was not a tough pace but it was tough to hold it in the heat, especially the last three miles. I'm not acclimated to 85+ degree yet. Two weeks ago we were freezing!

      Great pace can't say I've ever done a progression run before. Don't think I could continue to get faster past 10 miles or so. But then, were gonna start very slow lol
