great Nashville Greenway 20 mi 03:24 10:13 pace
Ran with my friend Jo. We power walked the last mile. Didn't stop the watch for breaks - running pace was 9:10-9:40

Trail running buddies - this was mid-way through the run. We took a short break and then our new trail runners headed home while the rest of us finished the course. Fun!!!

Great run with Jennifer Singh - I wanted to go easy and so did she, so we were running 9:45-9:50, but then we got caught in the storm and picked up the pace for the last mile and a half.

Yes, but this was a warm rain! Haha! Makes all the difference for me - I'm too scrawny these days to take much cold.

Hot, hot and hot. This was not a tough pace but it was tough to hold it in the heat, especially the last three miles. I'm not acclimated to 85+ degree yet. Two weeks ago we were freezing!

This was a lot of fun! :) I didn't stop the Garmin for breaks so that pace was actually 11:40-ish, which is a solid trail run for me.
